The NGX Regulations Limited has given the LivingTrust Mortgage Bank Plc, a mortgage financial institution, till the 30th of April 2025to file and publish its 2024 Audited Financial Statements.
This was disclosed by the bank in a statement issued on Thursday by its acting Company Secretary, Dorcas Ajayi.
According to her, “the extension of time for publication of accounts became unavoidable, as the newly re-constituted Board of the Bank was approved by the Regulator towards the end of March 2025.
“The extension would allow the new board to review the accounts, transmit the same to the regulator for approval and thereafter, publish the accounts.”
She thanked the shareholders and the public for their sustained interest in the bank.
