Alhaji Junaidu Buhari, the Senior Legislative Aid to the lawmaker, disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Zango, Katsina State, on Wednesday.
He said the projects were executed as constituency intervention projects in collaboration with the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA).
He said the clinics were located in Rogogo, Dantagwarma and Walawa villages of Zango/Baure Federal Constituency.
The aide said: “We will donate drugs and other medical equipment for proper functioning of the clinics.’’
Buhari also disclosed that the legislator constructed 30 boreholes in the constituency to provide water supply.
According to him, the water project was executed in collaboration with the Boarder Community Development Agency and the Sokoto Rima Basin Development Authority.
He said the boreholes were drilled at the boarder communities while 10 existing boreholes were repaired in Baure and Zango towns.
Besides, he said that was facilitating the construction of N25 million veterinary clinic at Hui district Zango has in collaboration with the boarder community development agency.
Similarly, Buhari said the lawmaker has distributed foodstuff worth N7 million across the 22 electoral wards in Zango and Baure local government areas.
He said another N3 million was spent in organising remedial and tutorial classes for indigent students preparing for public examinations like WAEC and NECO.
Buhari said the programme was being run in collaboration with the existing indigent students associations in the area, stressing over 1,000 students benefited from the gesture in the last two years.
The aide promised that the lawmaker would provide more dividends of democracy to the electorate in the area.
