I have a mild chest pain which I believe must have been the result of drinking muddy water from the well in my house. I am suspecting worm infection. Kindly let me know what to do to clear it.

If you suspect that you have worm infection, kindly buy worming tablets which are available from the pharmacy. It will be a good idea if the whole household is treated since you suspect that the problem is from the well water which you all consume.
You should kindly consult your doctor if you still have the same feelings after taking the tablets for further treatment including stool test for worms.
