THE Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) which covers the largest franchise area in Nigeria, made up of Oyo, Ogun, Osun, Kwara and parts of Niger, Ekiti and Kogi states on Thursday launched an Asset and Customer Enumeration (ACE) project, aimed improved billing accuracy, improved power distribution and targeting N5 billion, spanning over two years.
This was disclosed by the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, IBEDC, Mr John Donnachie while declaring the project open at the Capital Building headquarters of the company, Ibadan, Oyo state.
Speaking, Mr Donnachie revealed that the ACE project which is the technical audit of IBEDC assets and data capturing of existing and prospective customers,identification of developed, undeveloped and vacant properties within the company’s franchise.
