During a training workshop which held at the Professor E.A Adebowale Hall, IAR&T, recently, the coordinator of the train ing workshop, Profesoor Mrs Lucia Ogunsumi, told the Nigerian Tribune that the training procedures present the knowledge in detail such that the mushroom production is simplified and easily cultivated for both home consumption and business opportunity.
“This training explains the process of oyster mushrooms farming purely on the board assumption that they are the easiest to grow. Once farmers have mastered oyster production, they can easily understand more advanced procedures on growing other mushroom types.”
