I am a 19 year old lady. Once in a while, I experience sharp pains in the left side of my chest. Recently when I pressed my left breast, a cream coloured discharge was released but not from the right breast. Please, let me know what to do about this.

While your left sided chest pains may be due to muscular pains as a result of recent excessive activity of that part of the body, it cannot be divorced from issues related to your heart as well as the discharge from your left breast. In view of this, a comprehensive examination by your doctor will be necessary.
