The best way to stop the spread of the Coronavirus is to practice what is called ‘social distancing’. This involves the avoidance of the following activities: group gatherings, concerts, theatre outings, crowded events, visitors in your house; attendance of concerts and large gatherings; workout in gyms and athletic events. It is however safe to go for walks, check on a friend and play in your yard.
