Okewuji, who has carved a niche for herself in the industry, said: “I have not come to the industry to compete or join clicks in the industry, but to set a standard and distinguish the true gospel music.”
“This is what God has sent us to do. Our primary aim is to preach and propagate the true gospel that will genuinely win souls for Christ. I am grateful that God gave me the opportunity to use my voice and work to win souls through my music,” she added.
The artiste, who has four albums to her credit, including Gbeja Mi, Evergreen Praise, Deliverance and Letter Ayo, revealed that her life had experienced a tremendous change since she took music up professionally, adding that her future was bright in the industry, because God is involved in her career.
