CAN lauds Senator Hussaini for showing love at Christmas

Members of the Christians Association of Nigerian (CAN) in Jigawa northwest senatorial districts of Jigawa State have commended Senator Babangida Hussaini for showing love to Christian communities at Christmas with the donation of rice and cash.

The commendation was made through the Deputy Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN)) of Kazaure Local Government, Pastor Ochai Abho in a statement signed, and made available to Tribune Church News in Dutse, the state capital appreciated the senator’s generosity and Christmas welfare to the Christians believers during the festival.

CAN expressed gratitude to Senator Babangida Hussaini (Walin Kazaure) for his generosity, kindness, and consideration towards his constituents and the Christian community in the region.

The CAN deputy chairman noted that the senator always includes the Christian Community in all his intervention programmes, especially during the festive period.

The statement stated that “during this festival (Christmas) the senator has donated bags of rice and cash to all the Christians in the 12 local government areas of Jigawa northwest senatorial districts”.

The statement stated that “during this festival (Christmas) the senator has donated bags of rice and cash to all the Christians in the 12 local government areas of Jigawa northwest senatorial districts which was distributed among the vulnerable members”.

He noted that  “food item was shared among orphans, widows and elderly person which positively touched the lives of those less privileged who happily celebrate the festival”.

“Let me use this medium to extend our sincere gratitude and special thanks to the distinguished senator, Babangida Hussaini, Walin Kazaure for Christians’s inclusion in all his support and interventions since he became the senator. We thank you very much”.

Meanwhile, the senator representing Jigawa northwest senatorial districts, Babangida Hussaini has commiserated with the family of late Elder Ayuba Bako who slammed and died during service while celebrating his 50th marriage anniversary on Christmas day in Kazaure.

The Senator, represented by Alhaji Umar Mega, extended his condolences to the family and the Kazaure Christian Association (CAN). He described the late Ayuba as a man of peace, humility, and godliness, who lived in Kazaure for over 50 years without a blemished record.

He prayed for the family and encouraged them and the entire community to take this as a test of faith.
