Former Governor of Ogun State, who now represents Ogun East in the National Assembly, Senator Gbenga Daniel, has found a new friend in former Edo Governor and ex-labour leader, Senator Adams Oshiomole.
So close are these two lawmakers that they have become the envy of others, who noticed the camaraderie, how they sit close to each other and their activities on the floor, backing or opposing whatever falls in or out of their interests.
Otunba Gbenga Daniel served as Governor from 2003 to 2011 and Senator Oshiomole served Edo State from 2008 to 2016.
They were said to have forged their friendship within the period they were both Governors, but they have taken the friendship to another level finding themselves together again on the floor of the Senate.
Despite the little gap in their age, both politicians are said to be inseparable and were both described as ‘5 and 6’.
