Allen B Street Entertainment show, “Discover your talent in the hood challenge,” may have come and gone, but the memory will linger for a long time as the messages and inspirations drawn from the event would not be forgotten by the participants
With discovering music stars from the grass roots being its focus, the talent hunt gave the participants the opportunity to show what they could offer the world, and from all indications, the show has given voices to those who participated.
Put together by Allen B Street Entertainment, the show was set up to discover young talents and creative minds among the youths.
Speaking with R on the talent show, the creator of the competition, Nnah Udoh, said the show was put together to discover talent from the hood.
“Many talents abound in the hood but nobody is giving them chance to show what they have got. This is why we went to the hood to discover talents that would change the narrative in the music industry, “ he said
With over 40 contestants, findings by R revealed that most of the contestants had waited for such opportunity to come for a long time. Talents were discovered and new trend may be set in the next few weeks when the finalists get down to work.
