According to one of the protesters, Abdulazeez Kazeem, who spoke with our Reporter, Olúṣọlá Ọlágúnjú, the aggrieved workers were allegedly recruited by Premier International Procurement Logistics Limited (PIPLL) as the outsourcing agent that conducted recruitment service for IBEDC, and for many years they have been working for the electricity distribution company without any promotion or wage increase.
