It was sheer providence that saved this actor in the Yoruba version of Nollywood who miraculously escaped death following a fatal auto crash that happened recently as the vehicle was a complete write-off.
The actor is not so popular. In fact, he could be regarded as a Grade-C actor but all the same, he has acted in one or two good movies. His surname has the Yoruba word for Salt in it.
According to Olofofos, the actor was at a movie location in Ajimobi state and after the day’s work, which extended till late in the night, he refused to listen to his colleagues who advised him to spend the night in thte state, insisting that he must return to Ambode state at all costs.
So, as he was on the journey, one of the front tyres of the bus he travelled in got burst right in front of a very popular Pentecostal church on the highway and pronto, the vehicle somersaulted more than six times before entering a ditch.
In fact, according to Olofofos, many people who were in the area at that night had already concluded that everyone in the bus had died. It was the wailings of the passengers that made them to rush to the place to rescue the actor and others. For now, the actor is receiving treatment at a hospital.
