The Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) has welcomed the decision of the Federal Government to release the former National Security Adviser (NSA) Col. Sambo Dasuki rtd., in compliance with the bail order granted by the court.
It also welcomed the decision to extend similar gesture to the convener of #RevolutionNow protests, Omoyele Sowore, who has also been in detention.
This was contained in a press release made available to the Tribune Online and signed by the National Publicity Secretary of ACF, Alh Muhammad Ibrahim Biu on Tuesday.

The statement maintained that ACF appreciates this magnanimity of the Federal Government especially in this season of Yuletide and urges it to extend same to all those who have been granted bail by the courts but are still kept in detention by the security agencies.
“ACF equally calls on those released on bail to comply with the court bail conditions in accordance with the laws of the land,” it declared.
