THE National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has appointed the President of the Senate, Senator Bukola Saraki the Director-General of the party’s 2019 Presidential campaign Council.
This was contained in a statement made available to newsmen in Abuja on Tuesday by its National Publicity Secretary, Mr Kola Ologbondiyan
According to the Party, the NWC also approved the following as Zonal Coordinators, Alhaji Aminu Waziri Tambuwal -North West, Alhaji Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo – North East, Dr Samuel Ortom – North Central, Governor Nyesom Wike – South-South, DrAyodele Fayose – South West, Governor Dave Umahi – South East.

Others are: Alhaji Kabiru Tanimu Turaki SAN- Chairman, Legal Matters and Governor Emmanuel Udom of Akwa Ibom States – Chairman, Fund Raising Committee
It stated that further announcement on the composition and structure of the PDP Presidential campaign would be made in due course.
