At 60 years of age, I still jog twice a week. Now I have pains in both feet but I don’t think I have any fracture. Please what is it and what can I do?

It could be that you are overweight and as such, your feet are under a lot of stress from your body weight. If this is the case, you will need to urgently lose some weight. It could also be that you are overdoing the jogging and so the need to reduce the frequency. Meanwhile, you can take some regular pain killers which you can purchase from a reputable chemist. If, however there is no improvement after a week of treatment, you may have to do an X-ray of both feet to rule out any abnormality in the bones of the feet.
