BetKing, a leading sports and digital entertainment company in Nigeria, have distributed food items to over 200 Oyo residents in the annual edition of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, tagged ‘BetKing Cares’.
Speaking on the initiative, Super agent and anchor for the event, Ola Muyiwa said: “At BetKing, we are fervently committed to doing good deeds and improving the lives of those in our community. We are excited to have started the Betking Cares initiative to aid in providing food items in Oyo.
“I believe it’s our little way of giving back to the public and supporting the economy in these hard times. We all know how hard it is at this time with the economic crunch biting hard at people, it is not easy.
So we just want this to be a form of appreciation. We also appreciate all the help in making this a success, and we look forward to coming back to it next year.”
Muyiwa also added that “When we take a closer look, we can find chances to provide communities with necessities that can transform lives. We wish to make use of this opportunity to inspire other like-minded organizations and people to contribute to the nation’s sustainable growth by giving back or carrying out deeds of kindness.
“BetKing Cares, and as a conscientious corporation, we’ll keep supporting and promoting additional activities that help a good cause. We also remain committed to shaping the standards for sports entertainment in Africa by providing trusted and quality services to customers.
“This edition of BetKing Cares initiative demonstrates our steadfast dedication to enhancing lives. We acknowledge the critical part feeding plays in creating strong communities.
“We are aware that campaigns like the BetKing Cares initiative are crucial in expressing our position as a socially conscious and moral sports entertainment company.
The food items donated include Rice, Spaghetti, Groundnut oil and others.
