White patches on my penis

I noticed some white patches on my Penis, somewhat like ringworm, it doesn’t scratch, but I have a slight difficulty in urinating. I did HIV test and am negative. Please, what’s wrong with me.

In view of the location of the problem, a Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) readily comes to mind. In view of this, I will suggest that you see a Doctor who specialises in STI at the nearest Specialist or Teaching hospital to you for a proper history and examination which will ensure an adequate treatment of your problem.
