Founder and CEO of 27th Development, Samuel Erigha Williams has identified problems in the real estate industry confronting many Nigerians.
The real estate developer said he is willing to bring advanced technologies and experience to bear in solving the issues.
“There are many issues in the real estate industry and the use of emerging technologies will definitely help in solving these issues.
“Many developed nations of the world have very advanced technologies in the real estate industry and i think we should join in making use of these technologies to solve our problems.”
Furthermore, he said, “At 27th Development, we are committed to serving people by offering them investment and lifetime opportunities to help add value to their lives.
“We also help in improving the community where we operate by creating employment opportunities and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
“The company also collaborates with the necessary authorities and government agencies, as well as organizing trainings for people interested in real estate.”
Williams also added that 27th Development is working on advancing its reach across the country, saying “We are working on expansion inorder to have a larger customer base in Lagos, Abuja and the likes in the nearest future.
“27th Development’s properties remain at the cutting edge of modern living while preserving the essence of classic architectural beauty.”
