Strategic and right legislation has been identified as a panacea for tourism to thrive in the local, state and federal level.
The Oyo State House of Assembly aspirant for Ibadan South West Constituency 2 under the Action Democracy Party (ADP), Hon. Adeniyi Abiodun Adeoti in a chat with Travelpulse&MICE in Ibadan, recently said for any sector to completely fulfil the strategic mandate developing the economy of the people, need to have a strong legislation.

Adeoti who sees tourism as a low hanging fruit in the area of job creation, revenue generation and city facelift ascribe more importance to the job of the legislators, saying “there are more to being members of the state house of assemble than people think and this is the main reason I am contesting in the 2019 election.
“ I have strong conviction that my closeness to the grassroots has not only opened by eyes to the needs and where legislations should be channeled when putting up people oriented programmes that will benefit all and sundry.
Adeoti who is passionate about bringing the dividend of democracy to the grassroots, identified tourism as a mainstay that will bring quick intervention to the problems of the people through skill acquisition and entrepreneurship development.
“If I eventually become one of members of the Oyo State House of Assemble, job creation, efficient and affordable health services, qualitative education and welfare package for the aged and vulnerable among other people oriented programmed will be my priority.”
Adeoti however called on the people of Ibadan South West Constituency 2 to use the vote right in making sure that he becomes their representative at the state assemble so as to meet up the needs of the pressing needs of the constituency.
