Reps member converts personal residence to school in Zamfara

A member of the Federal House of Representatives in Zamfara state, Hon Abdulmalik Zubairu Bungudu has converted his residence to a school in the state.

Bungudu has also reconstructed 20 Mosques and 15 Islamiyya schools across his constituency in the state.

The All Progressive Congress (APC) member, Bungudu is Representing the Maru/Bungudu federal constituency in the state.

Speaking with members of the correspondent chapel, NUJ Zamfara state council, the personal assistant to the lawmaker, Jamilu Umar who led members going around the projects executed, said the mosques were reconstructed to the standard for the conducive atmosphere to worshipers in the areas.

“All the 20 Mosques were modernised to meet the aspirations and conducive atmosphere of the worshippers.

“Also, more than 100 other mosques for the five daily prayers were also constructed and some reconstructed in various communities across his Constituency of Maru/Bungudu in the state” he mentioned.

According to him, the reconstruction is part of the lawmaker’s efforts to provide dividends of democracy to his constituents.

“Hon. Abdulmalik Zubairu Zanna Bungudu has also converted his personal house to a centre for Qur’anic memorization equipped with facilities, paid monthly allowance for the Islamiyya school teachers in the area,” he added.
