Please help me, my life and my work are in danger. I have this one-sided headache very frequently. When it happens, I find it difficult to concentrate on whatever I do. I can’t even think right. Kindly tell me what to do urgently. I am 34 years of age.

Migraine presents such a dramatic and at times confusing sequence of events. Usually, there is a disturbance of vision consisting usually of bright spots or dazzling zigzag lines. Just as soon as they come, they soon begin to recede and within minutes they are followed by throbbing headache, usually one-sided which slowly increases in intensity.
