On payment of pension arrears

This is for the attention of President Muhammadu Buhari. This is to bring to your notice the fact that the Pension Arrears which you approved in September, 2018, Twenty-five Billion to be paid to the Pensioners of the University of Ibadan has not been paid. Someone in the Pension Office is using the money as fixed deposit to collect interest

The Pensioners are suffering. Why are Nigerians so wicked? Please, tell them  to pay us our money now. This is the second month they are fixing it for a month each. Last month they said the money will be paid on the 15th of October, now they are saying it will be paid on 15 November, 2018. They are telling the innocent people we sent to them that the money has been paid to us. No Pensioner of the University of Ibadan has received a kobo.
