A socio-cultural organization of indigenes of Igbomina land in Kwara State, the Omo Ibile Igbomina , has said that its programmes of action this year will enhance profitability and productivity of people of the area.
Speaking during a meeting of members of the group at Igbomina House, Ganmo, Ifelodun Local Government Area of Kwara State at the weekend, the National President, Omo lbile lgbomina, Engineer Timothy Niyi Adebayo, explained that such projects to be embarked upon included compulsory registration of community leaders and youth leaders.

The national president said these community leaders are to represent their communities in various meetings through the Traditional Council.
He also said that bursary award would also be given to lgbomina students in tertiary institutions, adding that the needs of newly established lgbomina Community Radio would be addressed.
Adebayo, who commended lgbomina sons and daughters at home and in diaspora for their unflinching supports at all time, said, “We appreciate all good people of lgbomina especially our royal fathers, political office holders, various communities, branches, chapters, women forum, youth Assembly and student union for all your contributions and supports during the last Igbomina day and progress of lgbomina land”.
Talking on lgbomina Community Radio, the national president appealed to well-meaning groups and individuals in the area to come to the aid of the organization by providing some of the major items at the site.
He also appealed to all communities and individuals to patronize lgbomina Community Radio station by advertising and sponsoring various programmes on the station.
The highlight of the event was the presentation of operational vehicles purchased for the effectiveness of the radio station.
