All is set to celebrate the gospel music legend, Evangelist (Dr) Funmi Aragbaiye, who will be celebrating her 70th birthday anniversary and over four decades of her divine call to gospel music ministry.
According to the celebrant, when addressing journalists at her residence in Oluyole recently, the event, scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 28, will consist of the birthday celebration, the launch of the celebrant’s book, and her foundation.
Evangelist (Dr) Funmi Aragbaiye stated further that dignitaries expected at the occasion include the former president of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo who is the father of the day, Pastor Enoch Adeboye and the
Most Reverend Dr J. O. Akinfenwa is the spiritual father of the day, while His Imperial Majesty, Oba (Dr) Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi and Oba (Dr) Adedapo Adewale Tejuoso (CON), the Osile of Oke Ona, Egba, would be the royal fathers of day.
Other invited guests include all south-west governors, among other dignitaries, while the Oyo State governor, Seyi Makinde, is the chief host.
