Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has been honored with the global title of Royal Champion of Women’s Triumph Against Oppression, Suppression, and Unworthy Silence.
DE Royal Amazon International announced this in a statement on Friday, praising her bold stance and unwavering commitment to truth and justice.
The organisation stated that her efforts have strengthened pride and renewed respect for womanhood in Nigeria’s political space.
A statement by Ozee Audu, Africa Regional Head of DE Royal Amazon International, described the organization as a globally recognised non-governmental body committed to promoting women and gender development across political, economic, and social spheres.

Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan, who represents Kogi Central in the 10th Senate, has been in the news following a dispute over seating arrangements in the Red Chamber, which led to her suspension from the Senate for six months.
The non-governmental body emphasised that she has been a relentless advocate for women’s rights, economic empowerment, and social justice.
“Her journey has been marked by numerous challenges, yet she continues to stand firm against suppression and intimidation, inspiring countless women to rise against all forms of injustice.
