My problem is that I don’t have strong teeth. Sometimes, I cannot eat meat because my teeth are almost decayed and are not white. I am just 17 years old. Please help.

Poor dental hygiene as well as some mouth diseases such as those that affect the gum (Periodontitis) can seriously harm your gums and bones leading to very weak teeth. In addition, new findings have confirmed that more and more children and teenagers are undergoing operations to remove decayed teeth as a consequence of sugar addiction. Most of the sugar is from sweetened fruit juices, soft drinks, sweets and candies. From the above, it is obvious that you would greatly benefit from improved dental hygiene and reduction in your consumption of sugar. A visit to the Dentist will also be helpful in case you have any underlying dental ailments.
