Makinde receives LAUTECH Management, reiterates his promise

THE Oyo state governor-elect, Engineer Seyi Makinde has promised the support of his administration for the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso.

Receiving members of the Institution’s Management who paid him a courtesy call at his Ikolaba residence, he said he knew what LAUTECH was going through and expressed his commitment to rescuing it from the ‘claws of death.’

While charging the Professor Michael Ologunde-led administration to continue to consolidate on the University’s leadership position, he explained that his government was not against disciplining students and staff, provided it was done with human face.
