I am 25, and I just finished my Masters degree. I have been having serious headaches for the past few months. I also have issues with my eye glasses. Each time I change it, my eye problem will resume just after a while. The headaches usually come up every morning. I am not sure if what I have is migraine or just that I need to change my eye glasses.
Thanks

Migraine refers to periodic, one-sided throbbing headaches which usually begin in childhood, adolescence or early adult life and usually recur with diminishing frequency during advancing years. From your explanation, it seems to me that you will need to check your Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar level as well as your eye sight since problems with eyesight can be caused by untreated High Blood Pressure and Diabetes. In addition, bad eye glasses can give you headaches that mimic migraine. Since migraine has been linked to food such as cheese and chocolates, it will be advisable for you to stop taking them if you observe any link between your headache and these food items.
