I have heard a lot of strange stories about Covid vaccine. This has left me to be very worried about the safety of the vaccine. Kindly advise me on whether or not I should go for the vaccination.

Like any vaccine, COVID-19 vaccines can cause mild, short term side effects, such as a low-grade fever or pain or redness at the injection site. Most reactions to vaccines are mild and go away within a few days on their own. More serious or long-lasting side effects to vaccines are possible but extremely rare. However, all the vaccines currently in use have been thoroughly tested and found to be safe and effective in preventing severe COVID-19. You therefore have nothing to worry about.
