The supplementary elections in Sokoto started early in almost all the polling units visited in Sokoto metropolis as early as 8 am.
A visit to some of the polling units by our correspondent confirmed that there is an impressive turnout of voters in almost all the polling units.

It will be recalled that the Gubernatorial elections was declared inconclusive with the candidates of PDP, the incumbent Governor of the State, Alhaji Aminu Waziri Tambuwal leading the candidate of APC, Alhaji Ahmed Aliyu with a margin of 3,413 votes.
