The Governor of Sokoto State, Rt. Honourable Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has declared his readiness to abide by the results of the ongoing general election in the State.
The Governor stated this while speaking with Journalists after casting his votes at his Kofar Ajia, polling units 011 in Tambuwal Town of Tambuwal Local Government.
According to him, ” By the special grace of God, I am fully ready to accept the outcome of the election.
” From the reports I get on the field, everything seems to be going on perfectly, except for some few hitches.
” But generally, the process is going on very well and we hope both INEC and the security agencies will continue to give their best”.
Tambuwal, who is contesting for his second term in office arrived the polling units at about 12:17 pm and casts his votes amidst cheers from voters at exactly 12:28 pm.
While speaking, he praised the enthusiastic of the voters. According to him, ” You can see how everyone is happy.
