I need another baby

I am a 27-year-old married woman. I had my first child in 2014 through a Caesarean Section which resulted into infection before it was finally resolved. Since then, I have been having regular and unprotected sex with my husband. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get pregnant. Kindly advise me on what to do as I need another baby badly.

In view of the history of infection during your first delivery, it will be a good idea if you can see your doctor who will run some tests for you to confirm that the infection has not adversely affected your womb and Fallopian Tubes. These tests will include Pelvic Ultrasound and a study of your Fallopian Tubes among others. It will also be helpful if your husband can do a Semen Analysis to confirm that he too is still fertile.
