I have heart disease

I was coughing badly lately and so my friend advised me to have a Chest X-Ray.  The X-Ray result confirmed that I have Hypertensive Heart Disease with incipient Congestive Cardiac Failure. What does this mean sir. Any risk?

What it means is that you unknowingly have High Blood Pressure (Hypertension) which has gradually weakened your heart to the extent that if care is not taken, your heart will fail to work properly again. Since you face the risk of a complete heart failure, you will need to urgently see your doctor for a proper medical check up and appropriate treatment.
