How much do you value yourself as a person? If you were to sell yourself to yourself how much would you be worth? If we were to do a test on a scale of one to ten what will be your score of your personal self worth? How would you score your intrinsic value?
Your self esteem will either sell you as cheap or valuable.
A healthy and good self esteem will put a spring under your feet so much so that your confidence will rise and there will be virtually nothing you won’t be able to accomplish. You must have a proper and healthy self esteem if you are to make meaningful headway in life. Your self esteem will determine how people will treat and respond to you.

When your self esteem is healthy you will not be limited by the labels society puts on you. Society has a way of marking people. Classifying people is a common occurrence in life. People are classified for different reasons and based on different criteria. People will put you into a box and label you inside the box. Society’s label, most times, is negative and limiting and if one’s self esteem isn’t healthy such a person automatically becomes restricted in life.
Societal labels determine how society will relate to the labelled person. It will determine what is expected and any attempt to breakout of the box will be resisted. The problems becomes compounded if such a labelled person has a low or unhealthy self esteem. If your life will count you must not allow society to determine your self esteem else you abdicate responsibility for your happiness to society.
Low self-esteem is a negative evaluation of oneself. If you have low self-esteem you will lack the confidence to maximise your potential. You will lack the confidence to be who you really are supposed to be.
Self esteem can be changed and adjusted. It can change, depending on the way you think. You must think highly of yourself and your potential. Your habit of thinking will shape and determine your self esteem. Negative thoughts over time will lead to a low self esteem and positive wholesome thoughts will boost your self esteem.
You need to be very careful that you don’t allow situation and circumstances to determine your self esteem. You are not what you have gone through or what you are going through. The fact that you have failed does not make you a failure. You are who you are no matter the circumstance.
