Group hails Interior Minister, Tunji Ojo’s performance in office

A group, Nigerian Young  Patriots Across the Six Geo-Politcal  Zones has hailed the Minister of Interior ‘s outstanding performance during his first year in office .

In a statement  jointly signed by the chairman of the group Omojola Segun and secretary general of the group, Piegbe, Emmanuel and  made available to Nigerian Tribune on Sunday , the group described him as a dedicated and committed leader  towards the safety and security of the country.

According to the group,  during his first year in office, the Federal Ministry of Interior had witnessed significant transformations, which has led to the improvement of internal security, enhanced border control, and aswell strengthened community and Diplomatic relations.

“We, the Nigerian Youth, gather to celebrate the remarkable achievements of the  Minister of Interior, Olubumi Tunji-Ojo, on his first anniversary in office.

“Over the past year, the Honourable Minister has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and commitment to the safety

 and security of our great nation.

“Under his guidance, the Federal Ministry of Interior has witnessed significant transformations, resulting in improved internal security, enhanced border control, and strengthened community and Diplomatic relations. His innovative approaches and collaborative spirit have earned him widespread recognition and admiration.

“We commend the Honourable Minister for his tireless efforts in:

-Strengthening internal security frameworks
– Enhancing border security and immigration management
– Fostering community engagement and conflict resolution
– Promoting youth empowerment and development initiatives

“In light of his outstanding performance, we, the Nigerian Youth across the Six geo-political Zone, urge President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR, to consider assigning additional leadership responsibilities to the Honourable Minister of Interior.

“His expertise and passion for public service make him an ideal candidate for even greater challenges.

“We express our deepest gratitude to the Honourable Minister for his selfless service and commitment to Nigeria’s progress. We look forward to his continued excellence and leadership in the years to come”, the statement reads.
