I have put on a lot of weight after my last two deliveries. In addition, my hips are now wider. Kindly let me know how I can bring myself to my previous youthful shape

While women will gain weight during pregnancy, it is possible through exercise and diet for most of the women to return to the weight that they were at pre- pregnancy stage. However, the same cannot be said of the hips which are naturally wide to bear children. In addition, the fibro-cartilaginous joint in the front aspect of the pelvis contains cartilage so it can expand for a fetus. Once changed, it can never return to the size it was originally. It is important to point out that the size of a woman’s hip is finite once a female is fully grown. It is the pelvis that changes, not hips.
