The event, which was anchored by Ronke Oshodi Oke was well attended by Funke’s colleagues in the movie industry led by Taiwo Hassan popularly known as Ogogo and the likes of Saidi Balogun, Muka Ray, Murphy Afolabi, Toyosi Akinsanya, Foluke Daramola- Salako and her hubby, Kayode Salako, Iyabo Ojo, Ola Samuel, Biodun Okeowo, Faithia Williams and Doris Simeon, among many other A-list stars.
Movie marketers were not left out as Toymax and Corporate pictures were on ground to add to the festivity of the premiere. The event entered its zenith when Wasiu Alabi Pasuma mounted the stage to give the guests an electrifying performance
Speaking after the party, Funke who was given two plots of land at Lekki by Mercy Garden where she is an ambassador could not hide her joy as she expressed appreciation to people that came for the premiere.
“I don’t know what to say, I feel very happy, this is one of the happiest days of my life, it is not because I am good but for the mercy of God. You can see how people turned up for this event despite the fact that there are many events that were lined up today. I give God the glory”.
