The Headies Academy has officially announced the nominations for the 17th edition of the prestigious awards.Â
Returning to Nigeria after two years in the United States, this year’s event celebrates excellence in the music industry, with multiple nominations for top artists like Tems, Burna Boy, Rema, Victony, Ayra Starr, the late Mohbad, and OdumoduBlvck.
According to the Headies, only music released and distributed across digital streaming platforms and physical formats (cassettes, CDs, vinyl) between April 1, 2023, and July 31, 2024, was considered for nomination.
