A team of experts from Balosh Integrated Services, led by Senior Operations Manager Serah Ogundele, has successfully delivered an electronic truck call-up system to the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA).
The system, which manages truck movement to and from the Lagos Ports Complex and the Tin Can Island Ports, is expected to reduce port congestion and improve supply chain efficiency.
Ogundele, who played a crucial role in the project, noted that the system has already reduced port congestion by 60%.

As Project Manager for the Nigerian Port Authority (NPA) Electronics Truck Call-Up System (ETO), Ogundele led a groundbreaking project that resolved severe truck congestion at the Lagos Ports Complex and Tin Can Island Ports. As the technical partner, her employer Balosh Integrated Services installed all access control hardware, ensuring only authorised trucks entered the ports via the ETO app.
On the feat of the project, Balosh MD Roy Oshinbolu said; “We are very proud to be selected as the sole access control provider to the ports, holding bays and truck parks. We successfully completed over 100 installations within four months and look forward to supporting and growing this initiative in this very challenging environment”.
