Afolabi wrote: “It is our brief that the said Lucky Aimuanmwogie (aka Fear Nobody),  is a member of a notorious gang that has been terrorising Evbuekoi community for the past few years.
“Several reports have been made to the police in respect of the criminal gang, but they have always tactically evaded arrest. Some of the places where reports have been made include Egba Police Station, State C. I. D and Zone 5 Benin AIG office where the matters are still pending.

“We have earlier written to the Inspector General of Police for investigation about the criminal activities of these people and the IGP has directed you to investigate the matter.”
