A real estate expert and investor, Mr. Akintayo Adaralegbe, has counselled young Nigerians and the people of Ekiti State to embrace real estate business in 2024 and beyond, saying apart from the economic benefits therein, it will also help reduce unemployment and crime among the youths in the country.
Mr. Adaralegbe gave the advice in a statement he made available to newsmen.
Adaralegbe, who is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the T-Pumpy Concept, a real estate company, said it was important to bring the benefits inherent in real estate business to Nigerians, especially the youths so as to help them grow in it and guide them to take advantage of it.
Adaralegbe, who has been in the real estate business for some decades encouraged young Nigerians, particularly Ekiti State indigenes to look beyond white collar jobs by joining him to keep themselves busy and end idleness in the new year.
