The organisers of the annual Profitable Conference have announced that this year’s edition of the conference is aimed at inspiring and preparing young Nigerian entrepreneurs for wealth creation in 2025.
The virtual conference tagged ‘Building Wealth with Systems ─ Not Sweat’ will feature masterclasses on proven wealth systems and financial success stories, and access to a wealth-building community, among others.
The conference’s convener, Joshua Erute, revealed that the theme of the conference, scheduled for 10th and 11th of December, emphasises working smarter by leveraging scalable systems and strategies, adopting technology and innovation, and creating wealth without burnout in a rapidly evolving economy.
He said the conference is meant for entrepreneurs and business owners ready to scale without the grind, for professionals looking to create additional streams of income, and for anyone who wants to break free from the paycheck-to-paycheck circle and build lasting wealth.

“2025 is your year of to thrive, not by sweating more, but by being strategic,” he said.
One of the speakers of the conference and founder of How2Think Global, Kemi Oyesola, stated that there is a deep-seated understanding required to build wealth with systems rather than sweat.
She added that before the system is built, there must be an understanding of wealth and how to create it.
“Thinking is prerequisite to doing anything. Keeping one’s mind on what the system has been built to do is paramount ─ otherwise, no matter how good the system is, it will not produce optimally,” she said.
Another speaker and co-founder of Stakecut, Czar Nnamani, noted that it is exciting that people are now having the conversation about the importance of leverage in business and wealth creation.
About the conference he added, “I will be giving people the pillars of building a business that grows effortlessly based on leveraging marketing on the internet. This is the easiest way to reach thousands from the comfort of your home.”
Other scheduled speakers are CEO, Wealth Island Properties, Tade Cash; CEO, Velox Real Estate, Chimankpa Nwakanma; and founder, Entrepreneur Business Blog, Emenike Emmanuel.
