An educationist and President, Ecolerite Institute for Peace Advancement (EIPA), Dr Kazeem Akande, has bagged an honorary doctorate degree from Icon University of Science, Management and technology, Cotonou, Benin Republic.
The award was presented to Akande during the 6th Matriculation and Convocation ceremony of the institution recently held at the University’s premises.
The award was given to the educationist in recognition for his administrative management and leadership skills.
The educationist was awarded Doctor of Philosophy in Administrative Management and leadership along with 7 other well-meaning Nigerians from various fields of life.
Speaking at the event, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Dr Akhere Martins, congratulated all the awardees, urging them to continue creating positive changes in their respective fields of expertise.
Receiving the award, Akande who is also the Chairman governing council, African Institute of Justice of the Peace (AIJP) appreciates the management of the university for the honour.
He however pledged to continue his artruistic endeavors in its bid to create a meaningful impact in a global scale.
As the President of EIPA and chairman of the governing council for AIJP, Akande has demonstrated remarkable leadership and administrative abilities.
His extensive experience in managing educational institutions and serving on scholarship boards underscores his commitment to education and scholarship.
In the same vein, the educationist was also bestowed with the Prestigious humanitarian Ambassador award by the Word Insight Christian Centre (WICC) during the WICC 2023 Anniversary convention held on Sunday, 19th of November.
The award by the WICC is in recognition of his outstanding efforts in humanitarian service and impactful contributions in various areas, including education, youth ,empowerment, and peace-building initiatives.
