Contained in a Government State made available to Journalists in Yenagoa, Dickson expressed shock over death of Engineer Lazarus Kalama Sokobe.
He said the immediate and extended families of Engineer Sokobe have lost a father, uncle and brother. He is so dear and would be fondly remembered for sterling and enduring legacy.
‘’The former first lady, immediate family, friends, and well-wishers have lost a father, uncle and brother whose memory would endure and his legacy would remain on the sand of time.
‘’My family and I are deeply saddened by the loss of the former First Lady’s brother.
“My deepest sympathies goes out to you and your family on this great loss. I offer you and your family my thoughts and prayers at this time. May God comfort, strengthen and give you peace to bear the loss.”
Engr Sokobe is being interred today in Okrika, Rivers State.
