Sokoto State government has announced the discharged of another twelve Almajirai from its isolation centre in the state.
The discharge of the Almajirai which was announced by the state ministry of health on Thursday revealed that the total number of discharged patients in the state now jumped to 116.
The state Commissioner for health, Dr Muhammed Ali In name, who spoke with our correspondent confirmed that the newly discharged patients were all Almajirai recently diagnosed in the state.

He further confirmed that the state is presently having four active patients in its isolation across the state.
Meanwhile, a statement on the official Twitter handle of the ministry also confirmed that the state has so far recorded 133 positive cases in the state since the first case sometimes in April.
The total negative case recorded so far in the state stands at 632 while the total casualties recorded remains 14 so far.
