A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has summoned the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) over an alleged unlawful sealing of a security outfit.

The plaintiff through the counsel also seeks an order of mandatory injunction restraining the defendants, their staff, agents, privies or anybody acting through their authority from further sealing, blocking or in any way restricting access to the plaintiff’s premises.
Joined in the suit as defendants are, the former Minister of Interior, Gen. Dambazau (rtd) and the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF) and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN).
Meanwhile, Justice Muhammad adjourned the hearing of the suit till September 16, 2021.
