The integration of advanced digital payment technology is set to transform how cross-border transactions are managed, thanks to a new partnership between Chimoney and the Interledger Foundation (ILF). This collaboration enables Chimoney’s Multi-currency Wallets to support Interledger Payment Pointers, making financial transactions smoother and more efficient for businesses and individuals alike.

Leveraging the Interledger Protocol (ILP), Chimoney ensures compliance, security, and scalability in global payments across 130 countries. “This partnership brings a new level of innovation to our platform,” said Uchi Uchibeke, CEO of Chimoney. “It streamlines international transactions while offering businesses and individuals the infrastructure they need to thrive in today’s digital economy.”

With this step forward, Chimoney continues to lead the charge in providing global, inclusive financial services by integrating cutting-edge solutions that drive economic growth in regions like Africa and beyond.
