I am a 50 year old man with three wives and 15 children. I have been trying to stop having children for over three years now but all the family planning I did for my wives have failed. Somebody suggested that doctors can tie up my sperm tube (Vasectomy) to prevent me from making my wives pregnant. Is this a safe procedure and will I be able to still have sex?

Vasectomies are very safe and effective when carried out by competent hands. The procedure will also not affect your sexual abilities. The only drawback is that vasectomies are permanent and are not usually reversible.
