Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, gave the assurance on Wednesday while briefing State House correspondents after the meeting of the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) presided over by acting President Yemi Osinbajo.
The minister, who was responding to a question on the status of the president’s health, therefore assured that there was no cause for alarm over the president’s health.
“The president is in very competent hands and there is no cause for alarm,” the minister said.
It will be recalled that President Buhari travelled to London on May 7, 2017 for the follow-up medical consultation with his doctors.
